In 2021 when StayforLong first starting working with Re-Map, they were facing the backlash of Covid which had destroyed their business model. They had a team who was disillusioned and a CEO who was stressed and unfocussed.

After undertaking our Health Audit, Nash was able to sit down with the leadership team and help them connect the dots on the underlying issues they were facing in a way that reasoned with them all.

The embarked on a change journey that has lead to fundamental changes in the health of the organisation and the leaders, and has been credited for their current business successes.
